Bombay classic pav bhaji masala is a spice powder that is used to make pav bhaji, one of the popular street foods in India. Use this Bombay pav bhaji masala for making Mumbai pav bhaji, paneer pav bhaji, tawa pulao, masala idli. You can add in vegetable sabzi recipes instead of garam masala for some variation.

Ingredients:

Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom. Coriander Powder, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder. Aniseeds Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Iodised Salt

Directions:

Recipe: Steam cook and mash veggies (approx. 3 cups) like cauliflower, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, etc. In a deep pan add 2 tsp butter, mashed veggies, %2 tsp red chilli powder, 1.5 tsp abana pav bhaji masala and 1 tsp kasuri methi. In a separate pan heat 1 tsp butter add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 cup chopped onion. Add veggies mixture and salt. Check for consistency. Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins on low flame. Serve with 1 tsp butter, coriander leaves and lemon juice on top.
